Copenhagen Accord is no accord at all

It has failed.

All the bell-ringing on the planet could not save it. The fervent prayers of the most righteous Rev Nicky Gumbel were not heeded. Even the Messiah-President Barack Obama has fallen short of glory.

There was some deal done with India, South Africa, China and Brazil because 'deep cuts in global emissions are required according to science'. And they have agreed 'to hold the increase in global temperature below 2 degrees Celsius'. But nothing is legally binding, and nothing can be scrutinised by any external agency.

Global government has failed.

And make no mistake, this conference was about the establishment of a world government to enforce the provisions of whatever was agreed at Copenhagen. For the first time in an international treaty, the word 'government' was used of a global enforcement agency. Since nothing was agreed, there is no such agency, and no such enforcement.

But it will come.

The agenda is pre-ordained. There is a UN body dedicated to the cult of global warming. The Conference of the Parties, which consists of national environment ministers, has the authority to redistribute $2 trillion worth of indulgences 'carbon credits' from the rich nations to the poor, bypassing national parliaments. And these vast sums will flow through the World Bank, which has considerably augmented global regulatory oversight since the financial collapse this year.

The move to world government was once covert: it was the exclusive domain of the conspiracy theorists, End-Times fanatics and eccentrics. With the G20 summit modernising the WTO and empowering the IMF; with the Copenhagen Accord moving towards the establishment of a pseudo-religion to avert the turmoil of a global catastrophe; with the 'President of Europe' declaring the first year of global governance, we appear to have an emerging New World Order.

We have reconstructed the Tower of Babel.

Judgement is inescapable.

This probably was a TRIAL of the powers that are pulling the strings of the dumm puppets that run / mak up our governments, to see how it would go. The lessons learnt will be applied to further such conferences and gatherings. They may decide not to have all countries present in future conferences, but to have sub-conferences by Asian, European, American countries and then send representatives of those regions with the results of the regional conferences to a conference to come up with a world-government deal.

This was just a trial-run.

Governments will try to say that this is a success and leaders like Brown will say, ‘I was the one who made it possible,’ but it does not alter the fact that man made climate change is based on lies and dubious and selective data.
I would say that we are being lied too so that those in power can get more money out of from taxation, and to dupe people into thinking that expensive wind power with its horrendous turbines is the way forward.
Reduce, recycle and reuse, but let us not be fooled by this man made global warming rubbish.

The New Scientist have this headline this morning:

Copenhagen chaos sets world on track for 3.5 ˚C

Hilarious! But I have a suspicion that now they have all agreed to this Olivet Prophecy of Doom, will there be invasions and other such military consequences in store for those developing countries who, never have, and never will have any remote cat in hells chance of doing jack all about any of it?

A Long time ago I asked "When does conspiracy theory become conspiracy fact?" Today I think I've got my answer.
This has all been coming from the beginning, The Lord knew it & gave prophecies about it as far back as Daniel, the confirmation was given to John in the Book of Revelation. God has told us to be ready & watch, the outcome is also in this book. It's going to be a tough time, but have we been watching & are we ready? as Holmes once said to Watson- "The game is afoot!".

It's a shame that those 'movers and shakers' attending the Copenhagen climate change junket were unable to familiarise themselves with the story of King Canute. The science isn't settled, by no means, there's just as many, if not more, eminent scientists who have an opposing view. Of course we should look after the planet, and one of the best ways would be to introduce population control. Secondly, instead of imposing punitive 'green' taxes, which in reality are a way of creating a great big slush fund to provide politicised hand-outs run by a giant bureaucracy, the West should be funding our brightest and finest scientists to come up with a workable alternative to oil - the quicker we can find a way to kick the oil producing nations, who do not have our best interests at heart, into touch, the better.
Politicians, and our so called world leaders, are like babies nappies, they need to be changed regularly for exactly the same reason...

So far this corrupt bastard's policies have put 1,700 Redcar steelworkers out of work and exported their jobs to India. And guess what, we're paying hundreds of millions for his company to do it.

You couldn't make it up.

We are in a time of Gods Grace when salvation is offered to all who repent and turn to Christ.

I know His Grace does not like twittering, and this tweet From the New Scientist to Ed Milliband is a good example of why:

New Scientist RT @EdMilibandMP 10 hours ago: "trying to work out if i can sleep tonight." That would be a "no".

Well, I will be sleeping like a baby as usual because absolutely nothing that could have changed is going to change.

I imagine the Antichrist would feel pretty similar to this. The real doom is still in the pipeline.

Where exactly, in terms of chapter and verse, are these prophecies that are being fulfilled by the events in Copenhagen? Or perhaps that the events in Copenhagen are a 'practice run' to what you see as a future fulfillment? Thanks.

The extra superdoopa hilarious part of all this for me is that although climate change is going to be real, because it is a real part of what happens anyway, it always has and always will because it's natural,, but when it starts to impact on us globally, we will turn on each other like savage dogs in a blame game of emissions control freaking. The gorgeous part for me is that the USA emits 25% of all man made carbon emissions while only accounting for 4% of the worlds greedy fat bastards.

Sweet music. ( I will make this my last comment, sorry but I am enjoying the whole thing)

Excellent article, Your Grace.

Being dragged into the marxist EU federal super state by our treacherous and corrupt Labour, Conservative and Lib Dem politicians is bad enough. The ink has hardly had time to dry on the Lisbon ‘treaty’ and now we’re being pushed into Global Government using the biggest deceit in history – ‘man-made’ global warming. Notice how global warming is now being referred to simply as ‘climate change’ so as to circumvent the ‘inconvenient truth’ that no such warming as taken place in a decade or more.

Let's recycle instead of sending everything to landfill. Politicians are always coming up the rear - it's us that gets things done and the whole world is indeed in our hands.

I wonder when the phrase ‘conspiracy theory’ was coined? It is a modern phrase. Perhaps sometime after the birth of ‘popular internet.’ The phrase is the conspiracy theory. It is disinformation to stop us minions asking questions of the corrupt ruling elites…the shadow government. Yes, that ‘nutter’ David Icke, can now smile and say, I told you so!

The German leader adds her bit.

"Merkel, who has offered to host a follow-up meeting in mid-2010, said that the powers of UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) needed to be beefed up, along the lines of the UN's World Health Organisation."

As someone who values our life on Earth and loves its natural order, it is however amusing to me to see the 'redistributing left' leaving on the wrong ideological train.

At first I didnt really understand what the leaked CRP emails were to mean, almost in shocked disbelief I thought no one would do such a thing , with peer review and global institution importance , man made global warming couldnt help but be true ?? An inconveinient truth indeed .

Where was population limits , that ultimate measure of destroying the gaia that is what we are trying to define ?. The scientific explantion of how the earth came about , for god believing people grinds against , our duty to ensure gods creation is more than human activity.

The NWO is way beyond David Camerons polite term of beaurocratic overeach concerns and yet he sees somthing in this meeting , protecting and promoting both equitorial, tropical and temperate forests is perhaps the most important thing that we can currently do . The adaptation idea I think is a little spurious as the real problem is ensuring these eco systems work and thrive .

For the real eco campaigners this conference failed as its whole basis was on limiting temperature rise based on one aspect of the planets sytems . A 2oC rise will have effects that are tinged with disater namely food production , although the urban costs of loss of drinking water or low sea nutrification (fishing stocks) didnt really get a mention .

A 2oC rise could well mean current populations are difficult to sustain so there is a sort of natural productivity crunch , you need nature unhindered by man to maintain a certain population of man , the closer you gamble this equation the more you destroy the ability of the "provider" eco system to come to our aid .

The alarmists who promote massive geo engineering are tinkering with complex systems , sun shades in outer space , deep sea current enablers , making algal blooms , genetic modification . These are all projects of save the world socialism .

Pollutions/processes that are toxic , the materials cost of nuclear , the size of natural areas required for viable fauna populations all strangely missing from saving the world conference .

The idea that what china or the USA or India pumps out affects some one else is true , but CO2 is not the real baddie . Imagine most of the great fresh water rivers , dribbling a toxic cocktail into the seas , how many people the seas feed !!

The finance masters of the universe want ecnomic might and money , yet the true eco debate is saying we cannot carry on like this , waste has a cost as well as manufacture .

IMO it is up to each country to establish its population vs natural resources , each country to clean up and put its won house in order .

what is the point in India giving us cheap goods for our market, when we have to hand over funds to cover its food shortages due to population and pollutiing/dimishing its rivers, or force intensive farming that it cannot find the water for .

This conference scratched a very small part of the problems to come and CO2 had little to do with the eco necessity of putting each countries "natural producer" systems beyond the finaciers all too narrow graps at the problem.

When I look at all those graphs and hockey stick diagrams that are circulating the web there is one thing that stands out - there is an inevitable severe drop in temperature on the cards any time soon. It could take a hundred years or so, it could happen next week, but when it does it will be a son of bitch sudden thing.

Imagine all the green protesters holding up the global warming banners when the Sun decides to get indigestion. It might get dam cold but I will be havin a chuckle if I am still here.

Your Grace has nailed it, to use a metaphor with potentially blasphemous connotations. Every fruit-loop on the planet seems to have come out of the woodwork at Copenhagen. It is wrong for the taxpayers of the Western world to be shelling out money to the frontier dwellers of the Earth in the Small Island States. If sea-levels really are rising, and if their coral reefs do not grow fast enough to compensate, surely these enthusistic canoeists can get into their outriggers and paddle to higher ground. Its the same with Africa, only slightly different. As the false-messiah Obama says, you can't blame colonialism forever. But the climate-change racket will now gives these people a form of rent for their continued incompetence to appease the West's bourgeois guilt. Yet the West is too racked by guilt to demand that these nomads and herdsmen adopt values consistent with success. Its almost as though the principles of the Common Agricultural Policy are being applied on a global scale to every failed civilisational model on the planet, at our expense.

Your Grace
Once someone has seen abuse of power or a conspiracy (they do happen), then the goals of other conspirators sometimes are given away by their common methods which are similar to those of "common crooks" or other criminals they themselves sometimes look down on.

As sometimes happens sadly some idealistic and naive people will be used in the process by some power-hungry individuals, and the vulnerable everywhere are at risk of being taken advantage of.
Why would poor countries trust such a concentration of power - including any attempts to "tax" ie moniter, control, tax and possibly plunder potentially anyone, including any who are right now in power, but may not be tomorrow?

Even our Lord and His parents could esape to Egypt when Herod abused power. There is a good reason for separate countries, jurisdictions and even countries of refuge and secret bank accounts, even though such mechanisms may be taken advantage of by some with evil intent.

If power tends to corrupt, and abolute power corrupts absolutely, why do some people believe that world power will not also tend to corrupt, and at a world level?

I am glad God is sovereign, though those with evil intent should not mistake our Lord's patience in not dealing with any wrong-doing as approval, but as His showing that He is not a bullying control-freak and that His patience is a sign that he is waiting for them and wanting them to repent lest they reap the consequences of any wrong-doing.

Remember how the European Union started. It was given an economic foundation as a community for coal and steel. A road of no return was created. Kopenhagen tried to lay its foundation for world government in an emissions agreement, indirectly giving its envisaged international body a measure of control over the worldwide coal & steel and energy industry.
In other words, Kopenhagen was an attempt to take hold of one of the basic economic structures of society. The rest should follow in due time, as it did with the EU. In as undemocratic a fashion. The international world, however, is still too diverse for fast moves. That is why European and European migration countries (eg USA, Australia) are likely to remain initial targets for binding agreements in the immediate future.
